Release technique is not just a physical practice but also aims to connect the
prioritise the anatomical approach to movement over external validation to achieve aesthetic results
Release in your body
Through finding release in your body, you find space within and throughout your body. We learn to manipulate these spaces by activating and deactivation of muscles , disconnecting and connecting them in various ways.
- Connect with your body to move with greater ease and control
- Recognise effort from smallest individual part of your body and find connections through the spaces between these individual parts. With this, you build multiple networks of movement possibilities within your body which allows you to move as one connected system at all times
- Find your centre by aligning your body better and move through moments of balance and off-balance better by recognising and varying the opposing forces within each network
- Most importantly, you strengthen your body as 1 whole balanced system through learning about the different connections within your body forming a deeper relationship between your mind and your body.
