CONTEMPORARY DANCE CLASSES

INTRODUCTORY
Learn to understand your body a little better.
Introductory courses are suitable for those of you who are new dance or contemporary dance and wish to go slow and start from the basics.

INTERMEDIATE
Explore your range and rigour in movement, as you negotiate between release and control.
Intermediate classes are open classes for dance enthusiasts, pre-professionals, professionals with a good understanding of their bodies, who wish to work on their bodies while enjoying the rigour of dance.

INTRO – BEGINNER
Incorporate dance and movement in your weekly routine.
There are both term-based classes and open classes for beginners of various levels to practise your technique and movement quality.

ALL LEVELS
Practise dance and movement at any level, whether it is to connect with your movement impulses and allow play to happen, or to improve your fitness and well-being.
Suitable for all movers, whether you have no prior dance background, little dance experience, or you are a seasoned mover.
