This class is specially designed to encourage people above 40 to start moving again and create a safe environment for them to do so.
Class will be taught by CHUN, A key pioneer who brought bodyART® to Singapore. She offers a welcoming atmosphere in all of her classes, where you can fully focus on yourself and your personal goals.
Grounded in Western Exercise Science and Traditional Chinese Medicine, the bodyART® training system is designed to help you perform at your highest physical level while staying safe and injury-free.
Every class is performed barefoot on a mat, integrates the full body, teaches performance breath work and ends with a restorative cool-down. This holistic workout delivers cardio, strength training and flexibility work inspired by martial arts, yoga, physical therapy and classical conditioning. Perfect as your main workout or to compliment others, this class includes gentle, zen restorative movements and is a great way to check-off your wellness boxes, bringing balance to your body.
