Led by Artistic Director Hong Guofeng and Associate Choreographer Christina Chan, expect to dive deep into dance in a physical yet safe environment.

This programme is best suited for students preparing for professional dance careers, serious dance enthusiasts looking to deepen their practice, and dance educators looking to refine their approach.

It is designed to challenge your physical limits and expand your notion of dance through finding rigour in movements, discovering your personal artistry and introduction to new approaches to creation. Apart from ensemble work, a big part of this programme is to work with individual participants to help realise their artistic potential.

This 6-day programme will culminate in a studio performance that will be live-streamed to online audiences.
