Refunds will not be allowed for any payment made.

You may withdraw from any class/workshop/performance booked at least 24 hours before the start of the class, and the credits will be returned to your account. You may then use those credits for other available 12.ance classes/ workshops/ performances.

Packages B, C & D can be shared with a maximum of 1 friend. After you have purchased the package, head over to "my plans" for the sharing link to be sent to your friend.

All class credits for 12.ance are only valid from 1 - 18 Dec 2022, and they cannot be carried forward to other regular classes at Sigma Collective Space.

You are encouraged to continue to book for classes/workshops/performances that are full, so that you will be put on a waitlist and prompted to make payment to confirm your spot as soon as someone withdraws.

Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited spots are available for each activity, so you are highly encouraged to book fast.
